We know it can be daunting going to a gym for the first time, but we'll make sure you are well looked after, and remember, we always have a trainer on site to motivate and coach you

Our 6 Week Blitz is our supported starter programme. It's a short term commitment that will give you great results and a strong foundation for moving forward. You'll train with us 3 times a week with support both inside the gym as well as outside to help you with your nutrition, health, fitness and other lifestyle choices
